Order Verification
Tempotech Controls Inc. reserves the right to cancel any order if shipping information cannot be verified. If there are issues with the address, location, or selected shipping method, we will contact the customer for confirmation before proceeding.
Shipping Terms
Shipping is Freight On Board (FOB): Our Plant, Guelph, Ontario, Canada.
Any fees related to customs, duties, or border clearance are the responsibility of the customer.
Couriers & Shipping Methods
All shipping prices, transit estimates, and options displayed at checkout are calculated directly by the couriers.
We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible, balancing customer requests, speed, and accuracy.
If any discrepancies arise with the courier calculations, we will contact the customer to confirm updated options.
Collect Shipping Accounts
We can ship using collect accounts for the following carriers:
UPS, FedEx, Purolator, Dicom, Midland Couriers, Cardinal Couriers, and more.
Please contact us to discuss arrangements. Once a valid collect account number is provided, (Minor handling charges may still apply.)
Transit Times
At checkout, customers must select a shipping method. Transit times shown are estimates, and we will make every effort to meet the selected lead time.
Typical North American transit estimates range from 1–3 days to 2–3 weeks, depending on the courier and destination.
Air Shipments
Air shipping options are not always shown at checkout due to product or destination restrictions. If you require faster delivery than the options displayed, please contact us for available air-shipping options.
Delivery timelines depend on the courier. Tempotech Controls Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by courier policies or carrier-related issues.
If a product listing indicates additional processing or handling time, customers are encouraged to contact us for an estimated delivery date. We will also reach out after the order is placed to confirm the expected delivery timeline.
Pricing
Shipping prices are calculated directly by the couriers.
Taxes will be applied to shipping rates when applicable.

Shipping to the United States
Our experienced shipping team works diligently to ensure smooth and timely processing through border services. However, Tempotech Controls Inc. cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by unforeseen customs or border-related circumstances.

We currently do not offer open shipping outside of North America.
