Do I qualify for free shipping on my order?

We offer complimentary standard ground shipping on all orders over $100 within Canada. Our carrier partners provide delivery services across most regions in Canada. If standard ground shipping is not available in your area, we will contact you prior to shipping to advise of any additional service charges or alternative delivery options.

What is the estimated shipping timeline for my order?

We typically ship in-stock items within 1–3 business days after the order is received.
If your order includes any non-stock items, the shipment will be held until all items are available to ship together. If you would like us to ship the available items separately, partial shipments can be arranged upon request. Please note that partial shipments do not qualify for complimentary free shipping within Canada, and additional shipping charges may apply.

How can I track my order after it has shipped?

Yes, all shipped orders include tracking. You will receive the tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

What is your return Policy ?

We have a 15-day return policy for Faulty Products , which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please check our return policy for complete guideline.

What kind of warranty coverage is offered for this product?

All thermocouples, RTDs, and related temperature products purchased from our store include a 1-year warranty. Items supplied by other manufacturers and sold through our store are covered under the original manufacturer’s warranty, as provided by that supplier.

 

Is the customer responsible for customs, duty, or brokerage when shipping to the USA?

Yes. Shipping costs do not include any customs, duty, or brokerage fees. Any such charges are additional and must be paid directly by the customer to the relevant authorities or courier.
